Great Western Bank - Thousands of dollars in the bank and my card is getting declined
i am trying to make some online purchases and my card keeps getting declined. its 3am.
and there is absolutely no one to help me for like another 5 hours. in desperation i called the lost card number at least i talked to a person. she asked my card number then tells me she cant help. Well why the #%^Y^ did you ask for my card number then.
This is completley unacceptable. I have a million things to do before morning and i just hit a *** wall. cant do anything until someone opens the bank. im glad its not sunday.
i dont understand why you wouldnt have 24 hour live customer service. in case something like this happens.
there is plenty of money in my account. i feel so powerless right now.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: for petes sake a 24 hour operator to help with a matter like this. im sure i am not the only customer who has had this problem. after 5pm on weekdays and after noon on saturdays if anything goes wrong. you have no money. i need access to my funds 24/7. .

I usually get payed Friday after midnight, this morning I checked my statement around 1 am and I got deposited, this morning I tried to make a transaction and my card was declined.
I called the bank and they wonโt post my deposit until the 2nd of Jan which is Tuesday so they want me to spend my New Years broke as {{Redacted}} they SUCK wish I couldโve switched to wellsfargo long time ago cuz my co workers got payed today while I have to wait 4 more days!!! Thanks a lot
